📢 Think Before You Drink: The Hidden Dangers in Your Soda! 🥤

Did you know that some popular soda brands might contain fluorescent nanoparticles? 😱 These tiny particles are added to enhance color, brightness, and shelf life, but they could be doing more harm than good. Here’s why you should pay attention:

🧪 What Are Fluorescent Nanoparticles?
These are engineered particles, often made of toxic substances like heavy metals (e.g., cadmium, lead), to create vibrant, glowing colors.

⚠️ Health Risks:
• Toxicity: Heavy metals in nanoparticles can accumulate in your body, leading to neurological damage, kidney problems, and even cancer.
• Gut Disruption: Nanoparticles are small enough to pe*****te your gut lining, causing inflammation and long-term digestive issues.
• Cell Damage: Studies suggest these particles can trigger oxidative stress, damaging DNA and cells over time.

💡 What You Can Do:
1️⃣ Read Labels: Look for artificial colors like E171, titanium dioxide, or undefined “nanomaterials.”
2️⃣ Go Natural: Swap sodas for healthier options like sparkling water with real fruit slices.
3️⃣ Stay Informed: Follow research on food safety and demand transparency from brands.

🚨 Protect your body from hidden toxins. What you drink matters! 🌿 Share this post to spread awareness and help others make healthier choices.

Now the says are 😜😳😂😎

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently updated its definition of “healthy” foods to align with current nutrition science and dietary guidelines. Under this new definition, eggs now qualify as a healthy food option.

Previously, eggs were often avoided due to their cholesterol content, as dietary cholesterol was believed to negatively impact heart health. However, recent research indicates that the cholesterol in eggs does not adversely affect blood cholesterol levels as once thought. Consequently, health organizations, including the American Heart Association, now recognize eggs as part of a heart-healthy diet for most individuals.

Eggs are a rich source of high-quality protein and essential nutrients such as vitamin D and choline, which are often underconsumed in typical diets. This nutrient density contributes to their classification as a healthy food under the FDA’s updated criteria.

It’s important to note that while eggs can be part of a healthy diet, moderation is key. Current dietary guidelines suggest that consuming up to one egg per day is acceptable for most individuals. As always, it’s advisable to consult with a healthcare provider or nutritionist to determine what’s best for your individual health needs.

Word of caution on eggs: 95% of eggs are soy/corn fed. If you want healthy eggs you must get Paleo Farms as they are the only locally sourced humanely raised organic pasture raised no soy/corn chicken and eggs we know of.
