I’m Dr. LaKesha Legree, and I’m thrilled to have you here. If you’re wondering who I am and what I’m all about, let me give you a little glimpse into my world. First and foremost, I’m an anesthesiologist with a passion for holistic well-being. Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed the incredible connection between the mind and body, and it has fueled my mission to promote overall physical and mental health. But I’m not just a doctor in a black coat (I prefer them over the white coat). I’m a firm believer in living authentically and embracing all aspects of life. That’s why I’m here to share more than medical knowledge—I want to share my own personal experiences, insights, and lessons learned. On this platform, I aim to provide you with not only inspiration and guidance but also valuable media information and education on medical issues. Whether it’s understanding the intricacies of various conditions, exploring pharmaceutical solutions, or exploring alternative and holistic methodologies, I want to empower you with knowledge to make informed decisions about your health. Together, we’ll dive into topics ranging from well-being, self-care, personal growth, to everything in between. Life is a rollercoaster ride, and I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs. THE MOMENT YOU CHANGE YOUR PERCEPTION WILL BE THE MOMENT YOU CHANGE THE CHEMISTRY OF YOUR BODY.....perception leads to internalization which leads to hormonal and chemical changes in your body. You LITERALLY are what you think, eat, read, see, feel and touch. CONTROL YOUR INTAKE....YOUR LIFE DEPENDS UPON IT!

In this peri-menopausal state, I no longer care. I make my own rules to navigate my own life while prioritizing my peace of mind and intangible joy and happiness by any means necessary. It all starts with me..... then and only then will my beautiful mini me and my handsome man reap all the benefits of my cup overflowing.

Create the life you want to live...you only get one....BUT....prepare yourself for a journey of bumps, bruises and hard ass falls.....leave certain folks on the side of the road when appropriate to lighten your load and control your trajectory.

Internal success that manifests outwardly is not for the faint of heart......especially in this current cultural and political climate and especially if you are black in this here AmeriKKKa.
