Marie Antoinette’s Cuisine will be an eclectic unique piece of culture brought to the Lake Norman area in Cornelius, NC; providing an enjoyable atmosphere with food, and wine. The concept originated from my love of food and wine, wanting to teach others how to have similar experiences and share and with their friends and family as well. Marie Antoinette’s Cuisine will specialize in modern day cooking classes with a twist, prepared meal, catering, , venue services, event planning and a modern day Supper Club. I provide huge attention to detail with our customers and our quality, I will do so in every aspect of the business. When planning the menu and pricing I must always stay within or under budget while providing superiority. Our mission statement is “To instill a love for a culture surrounded by quality food, wine and togetherness shared over generations”.
