ELDOA exercises! ELDOA basically stands for fascial stretching for joint decompression. These techniques allow you to create more space between specific vertebrae of the spine. There is a different pose for each level! Rounding and stiffness of the upper back is very common, especially if you have a desk job, and can also happen as we age.
