Welcome Sis Ashayla "Shay " Patterson to our family.

Sis Shay serves as the Administrative Director and as a Creative Wellness Provider, bringing a unique blend of analytical expertise and creative vision to the practice. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and her MBA from Howard University, building a strong foundation in business operations, financial systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Before transitioning into her current role, Shay spent years in the accounting and hospitality industries, where she developed a deep understanding of how each department within an organization connects and communicates. Her experience in accounting, often considered the backbone of a business, enabled her to work closely with teams across customer service, a skill she now uses to ensure seamless coordination between therapists, services, and the families we serve.

Sis Shay’s attention to detail, ability to connect the dots, and talent for building efficient systems are central to her administrative approach. She is passionate about creating organized, supportive environments where both practitioners and clients can thrive, and she continuously evaluates workflows to enhance the overall experience within the practice.

Outside of her administrative work, Shay is the owner of Shay Sharee, a Charlotte-based creative brand specializing in fine art, statement jewelry, sewn accessories, and natural skincare products. A creative at heart, she also hosts workshops in painting, jewelry design, and body butter making, offering others a space to explore self-expression and connection.

For Shay, creativity is more than a business; it is therapy, legacy, and a meaningful way to share her gifts with the world. She brings this same philosophy into her role, helping to cultivate a space where wellness, creativity, and care intersect.
