Moving my body in some capacity every morning is a nonnegotiable!
Gently waking up my nervous system, and reminding my body that it’s safe, strong, and supported - before the world starts asking things of me.
Daily movement keeps the fascia in your body fluid (instead of stiff and sticky), improves circulation, boosts lymphatic flow, and helps release stored tension and emotions.
Some mornings it’s yoga.
Some mornings it’s a slow stretch and deep breath on the floor. But every morning, it’s devotion.
Moving any static energy within creates space for my body to feel good, my mind is clearer, my creativity flows easier, and I show up as the best version of myself that for that day✨
