"A Great Guest Experience Starts With Me."

This service promise is reflected in how our teams show up every day. Across our locations, team members are sharing how they live this and our Hospitality Pledge on employee engagement app, posting their plans and pledges in back-of-house spaces as daily reminders of what matters.

One of our line cooks, Franklin Rodriguez, shared: “In hospitality, we bring our best every day because our customers’ preferences guide us and inspire us to serve with excellence.”

That mindset is not reserved for a moment or a season. It defines our standard of hospitality, every day.

2025 was another standout year of strong performance in several areas that are worth celebrating: safety, sales growth, client retention and team member engagement. We have much to be proud of as a team.

This month, we had the special opportunity to recognize some key players in driving that success within their regions and divisions over the past year. Nominated by their leaders, these were our 2025 Star Performers who made a measurable impact in delivering strong business results.

This holiday season, our teams embodied a giving spirit. They participated in our Eurest Cares Giveback Blitz campaign, encouraging team members to show care to their communities.

From Dallas, where a team helped deliver bikes, sleds, scooters, and more to local Boys & Girls Clubs with the support of a first-time community partner, to the Bay Area Rescue Mission, where teams focused on supporting the homeless.

In Puerto Rico, a team made a global impact by blessing the lives of 78 children through Operation Christmas Child to teams collecting 25 pounds of candy for care packages for our troops.

In Tennessee, inspiration came from the belief that shared spaces matter, bringing teams together to clean a local park.

These moments reflect what happens when teams lead with heart.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, gave back, and made a real difference this season.

We always look for ways to add a special touch to our service.

For this South Division team, it started by asking one simple question: "how can we make a happy hour even happier this holiday season?"

The answer was a gingerbread house built from scratch by Pastry Chef Iryna, using more than 75 pounds of gingerbread dough across two projects. Each piece was carefully assembled, with all piping and icing done by hand over more than 24 collective hours.

The effort paid off with a display that got guests talking and added something unexpected to the experience. That is what we are about, creating memorable experiences through thoughtful details.

We are proud to recognize Resident District Manager Julie Larson, who was honored as the 2025 Business/Employer of the Year at the Virginia Collaborations Conference.

Julie was recognized for her leadership and commitment to inclusive hiring practices that create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

This award, presented by a coalition of three statewide organizations dedicated to advancing employment access, reflects the real impact of Julie’s work. Through thoughtful partnerships, intentional hiring, and ongoing support, she has made it easier for people with disabilities to find fulfillment through opportunity on her team.

We believe in the power of community. It's why we've invested in creating a platform where our teams can connect, share ideas and cheer each other on, from coast to coast.

Director of Engagement and Insights Alison Lambert led a major project to give our employee engagement app, Nudge+, a boost to include on-demand training, recognition and rewards and more.

Since launching in September, our team members have been committed to growing their job knowledge and skills. They've answered more than 100,000 training questions, demonstrating understanding across all learning topics increased 15%.
