Our Thai & True concept brings authentic flavors to our guests. As part of the program, two Chef’s Table activations let guests enjoy premium plates that highlight the craft and story behind the food.

We are especially proud of Executive Chef Christopher Green, who brought his culture to the table with the Thai Street Box, a dish inspired by his Thai heritage and family traditions.

The chicken and shrimp eggroll recipe comes directly from his late grandmother, making the dish as personal as it is flavorful. With chicken satay, jasmine rice, cucumber relish, chili sauce, and coconut cashew sauce rounding out the plate, it captures the essence of Thai street food in our marketplaces.

We were proud to fuel connection at this year’s Foodbuy Partner Summit in Nashville, themed “Strong Ties.”

The summit brought together partners, suppliers, and Compass Group leaders to celebrate shared successes, explore new procurement strategies, and highlight innovation for the future of foodservice.

Our culinary team designed a menu to match the spirit of collaboration, from a Lebanese Arayes station with preserved lemon tahini yogurt to vibrant mezze displays, seasonal salads, and global-inspired entrees. Guests ended the experience with desserts like date & almond tartlets, cheesecake pops, and verrines.

It was an honor to support such a meaningful gathering with food that brought people together.

In the middle of New York City, Chef Daniel McWilliams is reimagining the daily menu at a major financial company's marketplace to lower its carbon footprint without lowering the bar.

Using our Carbon Foodprint tool, he has reduced the use of red meat by nearly 20 percent, composted 18 tons of food waste, and turned dishes like cauliflower barbacoa into something guests line up for.

The food is simple, thoughtful, and full of purpose, just like the team behind it.
