Recently, our chefs joined peers from across the Washington D.C. area for Kitchen of Purpose, a day spent connecting with culinary students nearing the finish line of their training programs.
The students come from a wide range of backgrounds and are preparing to graduate and step into interviews and the workforce.
Throughout the day, chefs served as judges, offering real-time feedback, sharing industry insight, and engaging with students about their next steps.
It's an honor to play a part in supporting future culinary talent through mentorship, workforce development, and partnerships that create opportunity.
