Join our next Fertility Support Group! 💜

Week One: Welcome! We’ll share what to expect in the group, set goals, and begin discussing loss and grief.

Week Two: Identity - We will explore the ways that infertility affects, interrupts, and shifts identity.

Week Three: Partnership and Boundary Setting - Learn how partnership can be affected by the infertility journey and discover tools for setting boundaries with loved ones .

Week Four: Depression, anxiety and anger - Gain helpful tools for navigating the roller coaster of emotions which arise during fertility challenges.

Week Five: Building Community and Farewell - We’ll discuss steps for strengthening your support system and reflect on key takeaways from your experience during the group.

As we continue to hear and see the stories of those impacted by Hurricane Helene, there is a collective feeling of “how can I help?”

The NC Chapter of Postpartum Support International has created an Amazon Wishlist specific to diapers, wipes and feminine hygiene products. All items purchased will be collected via a PSI-NC Charlotte Board Member, and from there flown in to our Western NC communities.
