Job Description
Ultimate Impression is the number one model home cleaning business in North Carolina and we are looking for RELIABLE, DETAIL oriented cleaners to work Part Time cleaning model homes YEAR ROUND

*Huntersville/North Charlotte areas

* We need people that can not only get the job done but get it done right the first time.

*We have a set checklist to follow with a set day or days the models need to be cleaned, which only makes it that much easier.

*Pay: $250 - $600/ Week depending on your availability, reliability and quality of work. Each clean is based on a set contract rate which varies by size.

*Individuals working for our company are subcontractors and must supply their own cleaning supplies, be able to pass a background check, have a valid drivers license, have reliable transportation and must be dependable.

*Again, this is PART TIME work and a great opportunity for qualified subcontractors to earn consistent, additional income working mostly evenings after 6:00pm but some daytime contracts available also.

Desired Qualities:

--Ability to complete multiple tasks with strict deadlines
--Punctuality
--Experienced in time management
--Conversationally inclined
--Consistent in task completion and attention to detail
--Willing to work late evening into the night
--Experience with pressure washing, changing light bulbs and air filters, and using ladders.

Tasks may include:
--Clean models that are not covered due to cleaners call out
--Run inspection routes while dressed professionally to speak with agents and uphold our quality standards
--Extra Services Including - Pressure Washing, Air Filter Changing, Light Bulb Changing, Stocking of toilet paper and paper towels

Currently searching for subcontractors for construction cleaning homes for builders in the Charlotte Metro and Surrounding Areas.

Ideally looking for a crew of 2-3 cleaners, with a pickup truck or equivalent large van. Although anyone with experience in construction cleaning will be considered.

Part time work with contracts valued at $500 to $1000+ per week (per person in crew). Respondents should have good communications, good quality and are reliable. Cleaners with good ratings may be offered additional contracts and opportunities.

As a subcontractor, you provide your own transportation, cleaning equipment and supplies, must pass a background check, have a valid drivers license, and have reliable transportation.
