Healing with LIGHT

I have been in alternative medicine for many years and have always looked for healthier alternatives besides prescriptions to help myself and my family. I have also always believed that the body can heal itself if given the right tools to help it along. That is when I found in my search for optimum things to help myself maintain my health, skin and energy was LIGHT.

So once I started seeing and feeling awesome results I knew I had to share what I have found.
