Today, I found a sacred rabbit in my garden.

Turn inwards and honor the sacred spirit of life within all things. I honored this sacred life and soul with hand-collected Ecuadorian sea salt, lavender, rosemary, mugwort, a blue eggshell, and a raw rose quartz.

This is tending the threshold as a steward to our interconnectedness with all of this beautiful planet. 🙏💞🌹🐇🍀

Around this time last year, I received a request from a woman who had found me online. She and her wife had tried everything to conceive, but after years of heartbreak and pregnancy loss, they were emotionally exhausted.

Happy Wednesday!

If you’re looking for a self-growth read, here’s my offering for the day 🤗
😬 I’ve often shied away from crafting a traditional “elevator pitch” for my work. I’ve felt that narrowing my description to a demographic or tagline could unintentionally exclude someone who might benefit from the work in a life-changing way. That instinct has felt justified—I’ve witnessed how my facilitation has benefited a seemingly endless array of client experiences. And I’ve always believed word-of-mouth and testimonials are the most valid proof of quality.

🌹That said, I’ve come to a parallel truth: there is deep value in showing up and clearly offering examples of my broad range of support. People can only find what they know exists. So here I am—showing up for that, too.

I support people across age groups and from all walks of life.
🙏One moment that recently stood out was when a client who is herself a highly respected mental health professional once shared mid-session, “My therapist says you are incredible!”
🙏Another story I’ll never forget: I worked with a young man for over six years who initially could not speak. He presented with jumbled sound structures, addiction patterns, paranoia, and a general inability to function in society. Within the first six months, the inarticulate sounds were nearly gone—and by the end of our work together, he was employed in the healthcare field and had moved to another state to pursue life-changing opportunities.
