Shoulder Lab: Functional Movement + Biomechanics

Build strength and confidence in your shoulders with targeted activation and alignment work. We’ll explore how to create more support when your arms are reaching up, bearing weight, or moving through chaturanga — so those shapes feel solid instead of strained.
Breath + Sound Experience
Saturday, March 14 | 2:30-4:30 pm
Step into an immersive breath journey paired with live sound through silent disco headphones. This is space to release what’s heavy, shift your energy, and reconnect to yourself in a way that feels both grounding and expansive.
