This is my 8 year old son with adhd, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and CAPD working on his focus and concentration during our homeschool day. These Balance-auditory-visual-exercises (Bavx) are very helpful and typically taught for ages 5-105 or anyone able to bounce a ball and follow the leader! Bal-a-vis-x uses both sides of the brain. It requires crossing midline, visual tracking, hand-eye coordination, complete focus, and the rhythm is both soothing and also helpful for improving reading fluency. We teach Bavx to all ages for focus, calming, and improving mental clarity!

So excited to have completed Infant Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT). We saw infants from 2 days old to 18 months over the last 3 days and saw so many positive changes in breast feeding, constipation, skull shape, reflux, sleep, emotional regulation, eye tracking, movement, and intra-oral mobility! So many happy mommas to see such a change in just a couple sessions! Thrilled to get back to the clinic and love on all the babies!!

Another reason I am training in the Gillespie Approach (Craniosacral fascial therapy) next month~to assist those needing palate expanders, tongue tie/lip tie surgery (including my own 7 year old) to achieve better outcomes by helping to improve their fascial restrictions from dental strain! 🤓❤️

THIS is why I’m going through this training in April!! I see first hand how pelvic dysfunction, diaphragm restrictions, tongue and oral restrictions all go together. This method is truly treating it all in the interconnected way it functions and restricts! ❤️

The Gillespie Approach may be the missing piece for women’s healthcare.

A thirty-four-year-old woman presented with a list of conditions: rheumatoid arthritis, interstitial cystitis, UTIs, yeast infections, headaches, neck pain, back pain, fatigue, brain fog, and anxiety.

She had a history of 4 or 5 concussions, cheerleading and snowboarding accidents, and a difficult birth. She presented with a zero-second brain cycle and a pelvic fascial twist creating tightness into her head.

During the first four visits her craniosacral fascial system released well, and many of her conditions responded beautifully. Her brain cycle opened to an amazing 300 seconds.

On the fifth visit her bladder, urethral area, and pelvic floor started to open up. Since she reported some improvement the following visit, fascial tightness may possibly be the root cause of her UTIs, yeast infections, and interstitial cystitis.

In defending this hypothesis, the fascial web connects every cell of the body and releases in its own space and time. Starting with their own birth injuries after conception, many women have a lifetime of traumas.

Overtime, these cumulative fascial restrictions can compromise function, which can predispose these women to pelvic diseases. After the medical model unsuccessfully tries to find the cause of these problems, they will resort to managing the conditions.

The Gillespie Approach attempts to discover the root cause of a problem. Realizing the body knows best how to heal itself, providers listen to the patient’s fascial web and allow it to release its layers in its own space and time over a series of visits. The body heals more completely, resulting in better functioning tissues.

Our goal is to educate the world that this restrictive process can start and be best mitigated at birth. Gillespie Approach Training is a must for all newborn providers.

How’s your vitamin D level?? Did you know in order to get enough vitamin D from the sun alone we need to get outside for 30 minutes a day with most of our skin exposed to the sun without sunblock? With concerns of melanoma, and depending on where we live and our schedules, most of us aren’t able to accomplish this! Speak with your doctor about your current Vitamin D levels and whether supplementing is in order for you. Vitamin D is crucial to our health and well being. Very excited to announce I will be training in the Gillespie Approach/ CFT (Craniosacral Fascial Therapy) in April 2024!

You are 18 years old, just starting college, and have a great life ahead of you. But you have heart palpations, diaphragmatic pain with breathing issues, fatigue, lightheadedness, and migraine headaches. You have consulted the best doctors for four years at three famous medical centers, and no one can give you a diagnosis.

Then you see a rheumatologist who refers you to a cardiologist for the diagnosis of POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia). Doctors also diagnose you with fibromyalgia and elhers danlos syndrome (EDS). You are given a list of drugs to help manage your conditions. Orthodontic treatment lasted for an unheard of nine years.

You are not the typical 18-year-old woman in America. You are forced to live your life around your chronic conditions and make the best of it. You are asking the question, will I have to live this way my entire life?

Maybe not. In my few treated POTS cases, I discovered that the function of the craniosacral fascial system was a huge piece of the answer. I cannot say that therapy will help everyone, but it is worth a try.

On her evaluation she presented with a zero-second brain cycle. Her fascial web appeared to be literally frozen from her pelvis through her trunk to her head. This could possibly explain the severity of her issues as follows:

The web was tight in her chest around her heart creating palpations.
Her diaphragmatic tightness was affecting her breathing.
Patients with a tight cranium can experience fatigue, lightheadedness, and migraines.

The fact that she was so tight and had all these problems made perfect sense to me. Since our corrective work focuses on the root of the problem and not medical management, we are hopeful that therapy will free up the web to restore normal physiology. Her goal is to eliminate all of the medications that are keeping her marginally functional.

I believe that the Gillespie Approach can unlock the healing door for patients.
