Yesterday’s adventure in sound healing was pure magic! ✨

We explored the soothing, healing, and aligning power of sound frequencies, learned how to play each of the instruments with intent and how to intuitively tune into the energetic needs of others. Most importantly — we had so much fun! 🤗

Back in NC. And look who I met today!! Gina, David and their sweet, 4 week-old baby, Maren - the new homeowners at our house in Charlotte. 🥹💖

I had prayed for a young family who loved music, nature, deer, birds - and would appreciate the magic of the land the house sits on.

As they showed me what they’ve done thus far (stunning,FYI), I could feel the house smiling and proud. Ready to hold space for another baby to grow.

Happy Friday, all!

Moving is hard. I miss Charlotte and NC - my heart and roots are still adapting to the Rockies.

And yet I’m here, making new friends, keeping the old (one is silver and the other gold - thank you Girl Scouts 😂).

Yesterday I had my first haircut in three months (!!), and I am SO grateful to Briana .hair.studio and sweet Ivy, her human-like comfort dog who sat in my lap and gave me love to help me feel safe and settled. 🥹

And so now having received some love, I am sending it back to YOU!! Like a big virtual hug. 🤗 I hope you feel that, no matter where we are in time and space, hearts always connect.
