That's my favorite little pink ball lying there in the leaves - and yes, it's a kid's toy! It's also a great way to get some self-release of common tension patterns in the body! It will be held on Saturdays at 9:00am over zoom, and when you have a membership you will have access to all prior recordings when you log in to the She Thrives website.
