The weather next week looks miserable. I am likely going to schedule early morning appointments only. Perhaps starting at 8am. Maybe 8am, 9am. 10am. 11am and Noon only. Our building isn't insulated well it will be at least 80 degrees inside if these Temps actually happen. If you would like an early morning session time. One of my most favorite things to do is ride in my truck. Just me and my dog. Windows down, music up, hair blowing in the wind.

Some days I'll just go drive. No destination, No plan. Me just enjoying the ride. When I had a motorcycle I would ride, turning down roads I thought were pretty or interesting. When I was ready to go home, I would pull out my GPS so I could find my way home.

Those rides don't happen as much these days. Which I will change. However, I realized last week that I can still have those joyful moments on the way to work. Why does it have to be rare occasions? Why can't it be everyday? Sure the view on the interstate isn't as pretty. But the core pieces are still there.... windows down, music up, hair blowing and my passanger princess Sammy sniffing all the smells.

Joy is a must. Go find yours.
