Supporting athletes goes beyond keeping them healthy and performing at their best. It also means showing up for the moments that matter to them—and gaining a deeper appreciation and understanding of their sport.

This weekend, I had the chance to watch these incredible sisters sweep their events. Their talent at such young ages (15 & 13!) is unreal, but what stands out just as much is how kind, grounded, and driven they are.

Big things ahead for and and I’m here for it 💯!

Just 2 days before regional finals, Univ of Missouri volleyball commit was injured in a playoff game. With a first-ever state championship on the line, her team faced the possibility of losing a key player for the biggest games in school history.

Phoenix, NASCAR Championship weekend — a mix of racing, emotion, and perspective I’ll never forget.

I’ve been honored to work with for 7 seasons and to witness the relentless focus, precision, and passion it takes to compete at the highest level of this sport.

This race, one he absolutely dominated, ended in pure heartbreak — no doubt the toughest moment of his 20-year career. Yet what stands out is his grace, honesty, and composure in the aftermath — the mark of a true class act.
