Infrared Light Therapy For The Win 🔦🌟

When ECU lacrosse commit fractured her clavicle during the season, she reached out hoping to accelerate her recovery and get back on the field ASAP.

After just 6 infrared light therapy sessions (2x/week for 3 weeks), her collarbone had healed enough to be:

✔️ Cleared for practice (no contact) at 4 weeks

✔️ Fully cleared for contact in under 6 weeks—just in time for playoffs 💪🏼🥍

Her feedback?

“It feels great, I haven’t had any problems with it and it felt fine playing, I was a little sore after. Thank you so much for all your help!!”

Love to help athletes like London recover faster and return with confidence to their sport! 💯

PSPT Athlete Spotlight: Boston Strong & Still Going 💨

Huge kudos to Becca Schusler for crushing her 2nd Boston Marathon with an incredible finish time of 3:27:25 (7:55 avg pace)!

Coming off the Berlin Marathon last fall, she’s not slowing down—with Chicago and New York still on deck this year, she’s chasing down the World Marathon Majors with smart training, balancing running with strength work and recovery.

I’ve been lucky to play a part in helping her stay strong and healthy through a couple of injuries—supporting her training and recovery so she could show up ready to perform at her best. Watching her crush goals like this is what it’s all about! 🏃‍♀️ 🏅
