I hope everyone is doing well, I haven’t checked in with you for awhile. I know these are stressful times for many. I encourage you to take a few minutes everyday to stop what you’re doing, watching, listening to, scrolling through and BREATHE. Reach out to friends and family that may be supportive and calming. Whatever path you’re taking you’ll need to make the next step. One step at a time.
