Luke has consistently demonstrated his ability to implement, grow, and drive engagement within the Wellness Program at Robin Run Village Senior Living. Through his dedication, leadership, and passion for creating meaningful experiences, he has made a lasting impact on both the program and those involved.

In his expanded role, Luke will help train and coach new Wellness Coordinators, sharing best practices and supporting communities in building successful, engaging wellness programs of their own.

A message from our Founder & CEO, Adam Morris!

Today is an incredibly special day for me personally and professionally… it’s my son’s 16th birthday, Mother’s Day, and the 5-year anniversary of Continuum Therapy Partners.

As I reflect on this milestone, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and pride for everything we’ve built together. What started with just 9 facilities in North Carolina has grown into a thriving organization serving more than 280 facilities across 16 states — and we’re just getting started.

None of this would be possible without the incredible people who make up Continuum Therapy Partners. Your passion, commitment, and belief in our mission have built something truly special. Together, we are redefining the therapy services industry through transparency, best practices, authentic partnerships, and an unwavering focus on employee experience.

To my wife, Adrienne Morris … thank you for your endless love, support, and sacrifice throughout this journey. Continuum simply would not exist without you. You are an amazing partner, and the BEST BONUS MOM EV-ER. Happy Mother’s Day!
