What should you really be asking during pregnancy? According to Dr. Natalie Rochester, it’s more than due dates. She encourages moms-to-be to ask about:

🏃‍♀️ Exercise during pregnancy – What’s safe? What’s helpful?
🤝 Preparing your birth team – What kind of support do you want during labor? Have you talked through your goals with your partner or support person?
🧳 What to pack for the hospital – (Hint: We have what baby needs. Think about what you and your partner will need.)
👶 Pediatric care after delivery – Who will care for your baby once they’re born?

So often, families focus on the baby but planning for labor, recovery and support makes a huge difference. The more you ask now, the more confident you’ll feel later.
