A huge catalyst for my life long journey as a spiritual seeker happened when I entered the 12 step program of ALANON back in 1997. We have a saying of "Let go and let God". It has taken years of practice to take this to deeper and deeper levels. As a healing arts practitioner, I stumbled a little figuring out my position as a catalyst for my clients' journey. This, this right here summarizes any and all's position when it comes to relating to others.
Focus on yourself only. Cultivate and expand upon your own heart space and energy. Trust. Love unconditionally and get out of the way and allow the Divine's magic to take hold. "Their Soul knows". Fierce Love
Who stole my heart?
Who was the liar, the thief, the trickster, the hypnotist. The illusionist?
Who are the the ones that make billions by poisoning our air and food? Then charge for the remedy that causes more sickness and death? Who are they who make laws and decide what lies are taught in our schools? Take food from billions to feed their war machines? R**e the Earth, squander our children's future? Holding me down, squeezing the ever living, ever loving Divinity out of me?
♡ Well I'm not buying it any longer ! The jig is up! We caught them! They made a mistake, got careless and too greedy.
I've taken back the keys that they stole to the doors of my heart.
~They're standing before the court of our peers. The poor, the needy, the sick and spiritually bankrupt.
The humble, hard working, gentle, giving and kind are all coming together now and we find them guilty as charged!
You all will be deported back to the darkness you created. To meet first hand with the very evil you embraced.

Why do you think I hike as often as I do?!?! It's blissful in Nature on a quantum level! The Universe led me to this new chapter in my life. Being in these mountains is sublime on so many levels! The amount of energetic transmissions and downloads I've received since March of 2020 are just mind blowing! Having the intensity of the secluded dense forests and the grand high altitude vistas has kept me grounded for sure. Mother Gaia is magical ❣️

The crux of all mental health issues I've had throughout my life were all due to ignoring that intuition or being so overwhelmed by it and unsupported when it arose. I did not only need to listen, I needed to learn how to listen. It began with looking for the answers within and not validation from elsewhere. Not an easy task to break through co-dependency. This is not an easy concept to fully grasp. Your ego will fight tooth and nail with this one, cause the last thing it wants is for you to recognize that we are all one. Not individuated beings. (Well yeah, we are that too. But that's the kicker. Existence in duality is a paradox.) As long as we can point the finger at someone or something else for the reason our shadows exist in the first place, we will continue on the same trajectory. Shadow work really boils down to ownership. What if you simply shifted your paradigm and told yourself "I'm not going to own that s**t anymore?" Then every time your ego wants to take it back, you slap it on the wrist and say "No siree, I thought we made this crystal clear already" It's kinda like clearing out your closet of old clothes you never wear, taking them to Goodwill and then going back to Goodwill and buying them again to just hang out in your closet and take up space. That's money, time and space that could be spent on a new wardrobe. What form of self love are you wearing today? Judgement is like a blindfold obscuring Truth. When we judge others or ourselves we create a dam clogging compassionate insight that catalyzes a fresh love filled viewpoint.
