Tuesday June 2nd
I will not be able to post the way I usually do each morning. So I am going to go ahead and post for Tuesday here on Monday. The post for Monday is below.
We have a full day of the Moon in the sign of Capricorn today. Cap is an earth sign and so all the earth signs (Ta**us, Virgo & Capricorn) get a nice wave of energy to help and support them. Capricorn is a very bottom-line kind of sign. Very practical and so we can look at situations and see what needs to be done and do it. You might make a list. Capricorn loves lists. This sign is ruled by Saturn and has a strong vibe with our work or career. You will be more focused today on your job and even what you want to accomplish years down the road. No one out-works a Capricorn. They buckle down and get the job done. So think about what you need to get done today. This sign will help you get there. But the sign of The Goat can also lean a bit on the glass half empty side, so make sure you are not just looking at the cloud and forget to see the silver lining. Have a great day.

Monday June 1st
Well here we are at the beginning of a brand-new month. Where has the year gone? I have already sent out the newsletter for June. Our Moon stays in the sign of Sagittarius almost all day but does change signs around 9:00pm. We tend to be more optimistic when the Moon is here. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter and Jupiter loves to think big and make grand plans. That is why Sag is associated with marketing and advertising. They get excited and want to get you excited as well. So a strong day for anything requiring physical or mental energy. Sagittarius supplies both. I love the mental strength of this sign. We want to learn and seek out new information. We are looking at the entire world and making decisions about how we want to contribute to it.

As the day wears on, Capricorn energy comes forward. By evening we calm down a bit and start to settle. Capricorn is an earth sign as so we feel more connected to the earth. Plan a quiet night at home to really enjoy the new vibe. Have a great day.

Saturday May 30th
Right here at the start of the day we have the Moon moving out of the sign of Scorpio and entering the sign of Sagittarius. We welcome fire energies into our lives. All the fire signs (Aries, Leo & Sagittarius) will enjoy the new energy. Gemini, not so much as it is the sign opposite Sagittarius. We are preparing for the Full Moon tomorrow. So today is a Full Moon Saturday night! Stuff comes up during a Full Moon. All those uncomfortable feelings we have been pushing down, start to come to the surface. We all tend to be more easily triggered during a Full Moon. Full Moons often end up triggering more headaches or inflammation in the body. When we do not feel good, we are not always at our best. But Full Moons are great for releasing and letting go of anything holding you back. So as usual with astrology, it is a bit of a mixed bag. You just have to be mindful, so you stay in chart of the energies and they do not take charge of you.

With Sagittarius energy so strong today, we are more forceful in our speech and more honest as well. Sag does not mess around trying to find the tactful way of expressing something. They just let’er rip. Truth is a word that is associated with The Archer. They do not lie and do not want to hear lies from other people. But in group settings this can sometimes cause problems as we speak up before fully thinking about it. With this Moon also fighting with Uranus, we want change and may push hard for it, not always being aware of the consequences down the line. Be mindful in your words today. But this Moon is getting along really well with Neptune. Neptune is the planet of spirit. The veil becomes more thin when Neptune is involved. So we may yearn for some kind of mystical experience. We want to understand The Universe and we push more for soul development. So an exciting day ahead. The Moon stays in Scorpio all day today. We have a quiet day where we want to sit quietly and think deep thoughts. Scorpio does not let go of things. Now that can be a great quality. If you are seeking to build a business you do not want to give up at the first problem. You want to dig down and keep at it. Scorpio does not walk away. But let’s say you have a problem with losing weight or maybe drinking a bit more than you think you should. Since Scorpio is a fixed sign, you may have more trouble changing behavior. Being stubborn can be a positive quality. The trick is to have that quality work for you instead of hurting your life. This sign tends to hold onto things. So be sure that you do not get caught up in revenge plans and old grudges. I love the transformational quality associated with Scorpio. Now is the time when you can look at great transformation. Thursday May 27th
Our Scorpio Moon is with us all day today and boy is it a busy Moon. Scorpio is a water sign and that means all the water signs (Cancer, Scorpio & Pisces) will react well to this Moon. It is going to connect with Pluto, Mars and Venus as well as Saturn, and the Sun. There are more connecting that happen in the middle of the night but I will mention some of the more prominent aspects.

As the Moon wakes up and starts its day, it hits Pluto at around 7:30am this morning. One of the words to describe Pluto is power. We have an opportunity to move into our power. But we may also be on the receiving end of someone trying to flex their power in an annoying way. Think of the boss who demands things be done their way. The Moon moves quickly so this is not a long-term solution, so instead of butting heads, just nod and wait for the Moon to move on. It is also going to oppose Mars. Now Mars is in Ta**us and the Moon in Scorpio. Intense doesn’t even begin to describe this. Mars is forceful and gets into fights and Pluto does not give in or give up. It can be great for working hard to accomplish your goals but not so much if you get into a fight with the cashier at the grocery store. Pick your battles. But I love that this Moon will get along so well with Venus. This can be a wonderful day for love and romance. Make some special plans with your special someone. And if you are not involved in a romantic relationship, then call up some friends and make plans to do something fun. Our feelings will tend to guide us today as the Moon is so busy. We finish up the Moon’s visit thru the sign of Libra today and around 9:00pm tonight it enters the sign of Scorpio. Scorpio is a water sign, so we leave behind the air vibes of Libra and enter the water tones of the sign of The Scorpion. But for most of the day we still have Libra strong. Sometimes we have trouble making a decision when Libra is riding high. Remember that the symbol for Libra is the scales. We go back and forth trying to balance everything. Making a firm decision can be more challenging. Once the Moon enters Scorpio this changes. But if possible put off making a final decision until either late today or tomorrow. Libra is a sign that is all about beauty and grace. We want our home and ourselves to be better looking. So a day in which we may find the perfect comforter or buy some new shoes. How things look become more important. Libra is also a social sign, so we want to get out of the house and connect with people. Family and friends drop by or you decide to meet for dinner and catch up. A good time to be around people, accept invitations and make some time to enjoy life. Have a great day.

Our Moon stays in the sign of Libra all day today. This Moon is in a beautiful aspect with Mercury. A good day to study or learn new info. Libra is very smart and the mind is strong today. You may ask more questions than usual and/or be able to communicate better. But this Moon is also struggling a bit more with Venus. This is not bad but it can be expensive. Venus loves beautiful things and with the Moon involved, there is not always a lot of restraint. We are more impulsive about buying what we want. And if all that activity of the Moon in not enough, this Moon is also opposing Saturn. Saturn is the planet that rules our professional life and career choices. We experience more emotion about whatever kind of work we do. So the Moon keeps touching upon different planets and bringing in different energies throughout the day. Happy Memorial Day. For many of you this will be a day of picnics and fun times with family and friends. For others it will be reflective of loss and honor. So let us take a moment today to say a prayer for all those who have given their life in service and for those they have left behind.

We have the Moon staying in the sign of Virgo all day today. Virgo is a sign that is often associated with health and healing. We tend to pay more attention to the body when the Moon is here. What does your body need? Maybe a day of rest and just vegging out is what you need, or you could decide to make some tweaks to your diet plan. Maybe you offer help and support to someone else for their health needs. Virgo is associated with service and this is the sign that will joyfully step in and help when needed.

But do not let the shadow side of Virgo ruin the vibe. Every sign has their most beautiful high side. For Virgo I think their humble heart and spirit of service is so beautiful. Our Moon entered the sign of Virgo in the wee small hours of the night. So we begin our Saturday with the Moon now residing in a brand new sign. Virgo is an earth sign and so we wave good-bye to fire energies and enter earth tones. Earth is very good for dealing with the things of the earth. We look at balancing our checkbook and taking care of bills and errands. Do you need to follow-up on anything? Virgo will help you get it all done. All the earth signs (Ta**us, Virgo & Capricorn) will especially enjoy this Moon. Pisces may be a bit put out.

This is a busy Moon as it is going to struggle with both the Sun and Uranus in Gemini. Gemini is smart and restless. This sign wants to know and then move on to the next thing. But Virgo wants the details and wants to dig deeper. So you may feel pulled in different directions. Because of the impatient energies of Gemini you will have to be careful not to act too quickly or impulsively. You may speak up and say what you want but then have to backtrack and offer an apology as it didn’t come out the way you wanted. Be especially careful in the car. That impatient energy can translate into a lead foot and you do not want a speeding ticket. But as long as you do not try and do too much too quickly this should be a good day for you. Have fun.
