Meet our Intake Team! Our amazing Intake Specialists work tirelessly taking in new referrals everyday. They play a crucial role in pairing the right Nurse with each new patient based on geographic location and the clinical needs of each patient. They intake over 100 new referrals weekly and that number just keeps on growing. We appreciate their dedication and commitment and want to acknowledge the huge role they play in ensuring our patients are cared for. They also visit with our vendors to assist with maintaining and establishing new vendor/patient relationships, a key component to the growth of HHC!
