While “fitness” might be in our name, RyzAb0ve takes a whole-person approach to wellbeing. 💙

Movement is important, but so is connection.

That’s why we host social events throughout the year to help our athletes build friendships, confidence, and community beyond the workout.

One of our favorites is our monthly dinner social at held on the third or fourth Thursday of each month.

It’s a time to slow down, share a meal, and enjoy being together.

Because true wellness isn’t just about how strong your body is, but how supported you feel.

In September alone, we held 41 classes, welcomed 287 attendees, and granted 32 scholarship classes. 🙌

And yet this is only the beginning. We’re just scratching the surface of the lives we can impact. ✨

We want to bring these programs to youth, to lower-income communities, and to areas outside of metro Charlotte where opportunities like this don’t exist.

That’s why we’re raising funds at our Night to Ryz Gala this November. 🎉

Every ticket, table, and donation helps us expand our reach and create more life-changing experiences.

Together, we can make sure movement, confidence, and community are accessible to all. 💫
