Sound journeys are one of the medicines that Alignment offers. A sound journey is a 1 1/2 - 2 hour experience in which you experience a sound bath from a wide variety of instruments. Some of these instruments range from flutes, drums, and shakers to crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tingshas; taking you on a journey inside of yourself. Depending on your state of being, this journey might bring up old or present traumas that need to be dealt with, it might simply create a sense of peace, it might give you insight, or you may have even more of a mystical experience. It is a personal experience and everyone experiences something different. No matter what kind of experience you have, it will only be for your highest good! Reiki is not affiliated with any religion or religious practice. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. In gaining knowledge and experience in this field, I have come to understand that this is something that everyone has access to. Through each persons own being they have the ability to heal, transform, and manifest the things in their life that help bring a smooth flow of energy through the body creating harmony and peace within. When this is true a person’s body and mind are in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. The practice of Reiki is a way to balance this energy and remove blockages for this energy to flow more easily. This energy will continue to work in your energy field for up to 72 hours only for your highest good! Alignment sells a variety of rocks and minerals for many purposes:
