It’s the end of an era for Queen City PYT! For many years I have been teaching yoga at my kid’s school. 🧘I have had the privilege of teaching my kids and my precious nieces and nephew throughout the years. 💚I said I wanted to do it until sweet care bear was in kindergarten. She was such a sweet joy to teach and gave me huge hugs every week. 🥰I loved teaching every kid about yoga and meditation. 💕It has been so fun to see them grow up and really embrace the joy of yoga. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

I told Oliver that today I am 44 and fabulous. 🔥He said “you are going to stay that for the rest of your 40’s” I said “God willing I will say that for the rest of my life.” ✨And God willing I will be able to do scorpion pose for another few decades. 🧘‍♀️I know every birthday is a gift from God and I am grateful for each one. 🎉
