I have always had a passion for caring for others. Massage was the early vehicle to drive this passion as I massaged my mother's feet after working her 2nd or 3rd job to make sure her four children had the necessities. Throughout my grade-school years I was the guy giving massages to the girls in my class and was told that I was very good. After graduating high school I joined the military and whi

le in the US Navy as an FMF Corpsman(Medical) I decided to go to massage therapy school to pursue my dream career. While in European Massage Therapy School in Chicago(Skokie), IL I found a fondness for Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage. Once I left active duty to join the Navy Reserves in Charlotte, NC I was hired at Carolinas Healthcare System as a Registered Medical Assistant while working at Zen Massage part-time. Once I felt comfortable with doing massage full-time I started to take on mobile massage clients and transitioned to working at Massage Envy - Myers Park full time. I have used my 16+ years in military and civilian medicine to help heal clients from all walks of life. From low-income to millionaires, from people at desk-jobs to professional athletes my goal has always been to heal a condition, ease muscle tension or greatly reduce/eliminate body-troubling stress. I am always learning and sharing information about the body and it's miraculous functions. I am a laid back, non-egotistical guy that values respect and dignity in all that I do. I still adhere to military-instilled values which coincided with my upbringing as a child. As your massage therapist you will find that I will be consistent, caring, and creative when it comes to healing.
