Licensed in North Carolina, Nationally Certified and Certified through the Virginia Board of Nursing. I use different techniques that I have been certified in based on your specific needs to make sure you get the best out of your session. Techniques include: neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, swedish massage, sports massage and sports injury management, and postural assessments.
