Her journey has grown far beyond the treatment room-she’s also an entrepreneur, consultant, and educator passionate about empowering others in the aesthetic and wellness space.
She is the proud parent of four incredible adult children, and when she is not working, you’ll likely find her outdoors soaking up the sun, crafting something creative, or enjoying a good glass of wine- she’s an avid student of wine and love exploring the stories behind every bottle.

Welcome, Lee!
We’re thrilled to have Lee on board as our lead cosmetologist. Licensed since 2015 and certified by MAD Skincare, she brings a wealth of experience from working in salons and now as a mobile hairstylist. Along with being a dedicated mom to a wonderful little girl, Lee is deeply passionate about promoting healthy hair and skin.

Lee will primarily be leading our new Scalp Hydration and Exfoliation Treatment, which incorporates Nutrafol to enhance scalp health as part of your facial experience. This indulgent treatment also includes a relaxing back and leg massage on the table, ensuring you leave feeling rejuvenated.

Additionally, Lee will be focusing on training and coaching, helping elevate our team’s expertise and service quality. We’re excited for you to meet her and experience the amazing results she can bring to your hair and skin health!

Pinar graduated from Blue School of Esthetics in 2018 with her Esthetics license. She is also licensed with her Permanent Makeup (PMU) degree from the Esthetic Institute and certified in Dermaplaning and Hydrafacial. She’s currently attending Charlottesville School of Modern Esthetics for her Master Esthetician and will be done in the spring.

Pinar specializes in everything skincare and makeup.�Her favorite services to provide are the Hydrafacial and microneedling , because of its amazing and lasting results, and permanent makeup, which includes, powder brows, lash enhancement and lip blushing. She not only demonstrates a vast knowledge of skincare products, but also has a reputation of striving for excellence when servicing her clients. Her repertoire of services includes permanent make up, Hydrafacials, facials, waxing, brow lamination, lash lifts and tints, LED therapy treatments, and many more.
In her free time, she continues to further her education in her field and obtains certifications in various services. This allows her to provide her clients with deeper insights into skincare.

She loves shopping (especially for shoes), working out, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Levine (yes, he’s named after Adam Levine).
