Gather & Grow: A Support Group for New & Expecting Moms
Our first meeting of Gather & Grow will be held on Monday, June 23rd from 6 - 7 PM

— Self-care & mental wellness
— Building connection & community
This is a welcoming space for mothers in any stage of the perinatal journey — pregnancy, postpartum, or early parenting — to gather in community and connection.
This group is absolutely free to Riverhaven clients, past and present. We do ask if you bring your child they be pre-crawling so that everyone can focus on being present during the group. A little bit about Hannah, she is a mental health professional with over 10 years of experience supporting women and families through the transition to parenthood. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is also a certified yoga instructor, as well as a trained birth and postpartum doula. Her interdisciplinary background allows her to offer a holistic and compassionate approach to maternal care—addressing the emotional, physical, and psychological needs of mothers and families.
Hannah’s practice is rooted in empathy, deep listening, and the belief that the journey to becoming a parent is both sacred and transformative. She is passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where parents can explore their emotions, share their experiences, and build meaningful community. Her work centers on empowering parents with the tools, knowledge, and emotional support they need to navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.
With her unique blend of clinical training and embodied practices, Hannah is committed to supporting individuals and families thrive during one of life’s most vulnerable and powerful transitions.
