Today we’re highlighting the person who works to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes—our Chief Scheduler. Chelsea’s journey with Trove began as a caregiver, giving her a unique, firsthand understanding of both client needs and the day-to-day realities of caregiving. That perspective shapes everything she does, helping her create schedules that truly support both families and our team.

Known for being detail-oriented, compassionate, and understanding, Chelsea works tirelessly to ensure consistency of care while balancing the needs of clients and caregivers. She’s quick to problem-solve, communicate, and step in wherever needed to keep things running seamlessly.What truly sets her apart is her ability to combine organization with heart—making sure every schedule isn’t just filled, but thoughtfully built to support meaningful, reliable care.

Outside of work, Chelsea loves all things creative, especially baking and designing. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, relaxing with a day of fishing, and caring for the family fur babies and hobby homestead.
