Are you looking for a gentler, more grounded path to recovery? Finding Serenity in Sobriety is a 6-week series for adults who are ready to break free from habits that no longer serve them — whether that's substances, negative thinking, food, or unhealthy relationships.
Each session integrates authentic group dialogue with evidence-informed healing modalities rooted in yoga, Ayurveda, and mind-body therapeutic practices. Participants will explore sustainable, holistic strategies to move beyond self-destructive patterns and cultivate meaningful, lasting transformation.
Led by an experienced facilitator who’s been guiding recovery groups since 2012, this workshop offers both practical tools and a supportive space for anyone seeking peace, clarity, and freedom.
No experience with yoga or sobriety required — just bring yourself.
