🌟 Meet Bram, Our Newest Therapist at Mental Fitness Matters! 🌟
We’re thrilled to welcome Bram Crowe-Getty, MSW, to the Mental Fitness Matters team! A Nelson County native with deep roots in community care, Bram brings heart, creativity, and a passion for healing to his work with youth and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and more.
Bram holds a Master’s in Social Work from VCU and is currently working toward his LCSW under supervision here at MFM. He offers telehealth sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays (10 AM–8 PM), with the potential for in-person sessions in the near future.
✨ Before becoming a therapist, Bram wore many hats—therapeutic mentor, community organizer, school social worker, soccer coach, and drum teacher. These experiences help him connect deeply with clients through music, movement, nature, and laughter.
Bram’s approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based, and Humanistic frameworks, all centered around building strong, authentic therapeutic relationships.
When he’s not seeing clients, you’ll find him playing drums, herding goats, or laughing with loved ones. 🥁🐐💬
Help us welcome Bram to the team! 💙
If you or someone you love is looking for a compassionate therapist who blends clinical skill with creativity and care, Bram is now accepting new clients for telehealth. He’s in network with Aetna at this time. Other insurance clients would be out-of-network/private pay.
