It was an epic summer

for the women of Well Room.

From Portugal to Vancouver Island and many amazing locations in between, our team enjoyed summer 2025! We hope all of you did, too.

Say Hello to Kathryn,

Our New Front Desk Manager!

Kathryn is passionate about holistic wellness that nurtures mind, body, and soul. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree from University of Mary Washington in 2020 and focused her studies on meditation and contemplative practices.

In addition to her work at Well Room, Kathryn also coaches gymnastics and teaches yoga! She completed her 200hr YTT in 2022 and has been teaching yoga ever since. She is also currently enrolled at VCU pursuing a Master’s in Social Work.

In her free time you can find her snuggling with her two orange cats, reading a great book, or spending time outdoors. Welcome, Kathryn! We are so glad to have you on Team Well Room

This summer we started carrying ZO Skin Health products to expand our offerings and help treat your skin's needs. In the next couple months you will see ZO products offered in medical facials and aesthetic treatments at Well Room.
