We are proud to celebrate one of our incredible leaders! 🎉

Jessie Thomas, Recreation Director at Charlottesville Health & Rehabilitation, was selected to attend the Alzheimer’s Association Leaders Summit this past week in Anaheim, California — a national gathering of advocates and leaders dedicated to advancing the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.

Through her involvement with the Alzheimer’s community, Jessie is passionate about raising awareness, supporting families, and helping bring education and resources to those impacted by Alzheimer’s. Her dedication reflects the compassion and commitment our team brings to the residents and families we serve every day.

At Charlottesville Health & Rehabilitation, enriching the lives of our residents and supporting seniors in our community is at the heart of everything we do. We were incredibly proud to have Jessie represent our team at the Alzheimer’s Association Leaders Summit and continue making a meaningful impact in the fight against Alzheimer’s.
