Here is just a bit of what we will be covering:
-Anatomy & Pressures, improving sensory awareness and blending power with improving muscle relaxation.
-Intro to pelvic floor–how to find your pelvic floor muscles and deep core abdominals and team up with your spine.
-How to add power without holding breath or losing support. Tips for updating vintage Kegels & stop clenching!
-Tips for reducing tension and recharging your muscles to minimize fatigue.
Movement and education will be primarily in sitting and standing, with knees straight or in a very slight squat. We may include exercises on a large ball or chair-disk, but not in the beginning session.
Some exercises are movement flows from Medical Therapeutic Yoga, without deep stretches. We avoid pushing into joint strain.
