TSM (Therapeutic Spiral Model) is a specialized, clinically-based form of psychodrama used for the safe and effective treatment of trauma. TSM was founded in 1992 by Kate Hudgins and Francesca Toscani. Since then thousands of people around the world have benefited from its application. TSM addresses trauma resulting from physical/emotional abuse, childhood sexual abuse, rape and sexual assault, ethnic conflict, and other forms of violence. TSI (Therapeutic Spiral Institute) establishes the International Certification in Trauma Therapy that has certified thousands of people at different levels in 30 countries to do TSM work as Trainers, Team Leaders, Assistant Leaders, and Trained Auxiliary Egos. TSI (Therapeutic Spiral International) is the overarching organization that holds it all -- the TSM trauma work and the TSI credentialing. This International title reflects 20+ years of bringing TSM to the global community. Through TSI, our Trainers and group leaders work with individuals and groups who bear the effects of all aspects of trauma -- from early childhood trauma to climatic catastrophes to victims of war and terrorism.
