Only a few months ago you were working on posture, core bracing, and toe wiggling; now you know how to squat, deadlift, KB swing, rebound box jump, and C-slide your way to new PRs!! In fact this class didn't even want to wait until graduation to start using their new skills & Power as I've counted at least 3 new PRs along the way!! Congrats team!!!

Holy moly, I completed my 1st Jarmans Gap Rd climb! 1700+ ft climb over 3 miles. Then 3 miles back down. Congrats to Garrett and Alex too for their 1st times too! Thanks for giving us the tour and taking it easy on us. Gorgeous views, and wonderful company! Thank you for bringing snacks! 😁

There is a lot of hype about strength training for endurance athletes, and that's because it works, but often runners don't know where to start! Running training is super important & we'll discuss some key concepts in this class, but strength & plyometrics work is the next best way to run faster & stay healthy. Our program is research grounded & has evolved over 8 years of helping the Baton Rouge running community. Come learn proper technique while performing the most important exercises & drills for performance.

We've helped runners from ages 12 to 72, absolute beginners to semi-pro triathletes & ultra runners, weight room novices to experienced CrossFit athletes, so I'm sure you will get value out of this class as well!

In addition to the 10 in-person classes, you'll receive 9 other live PDFs including 6 more workouts, a stretching/mobility guide, 's hip run drill, and a template to create your own performance workouts after class ends!

Hey NOLA / Metairie / Kenner Runners, we'll be starting a 10 week course at in early October! Pretty sure this class will be on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30ish and headed up by the incredible with some help from .
Power Running is a strength and education class for runners and endurance athletes where we focus on properly learning and progressing the exercises that will help you to continue your sport with better performance and less injuries. Join the email list (link in bio) to be the first one notified when we open registration.
Cost is $250 and class includes weekly emailed PDF workouts with videos and pics of each exercise plus a lot more info.

It is a nice compliment for those recovery from an injury, looking to gain strength and flexibility. Many have found that it is a method that has become a lifelong practice. It offers many different levels, so that you can find the right fit for your age and your body!
