Self care is not selfish. By taking time to do something for yourself, you actually recharge/reset.

Raising kids has its challenging days and taking a moment to take care of you helps you handle those moments.

Also taking time for self care shows your children to value themselves....that it is important to self love.

Create the space and make the time. Just 10 minutes a day of self care can make a world of difference. Give it a try.

10 minutes each day for the month of January

Every day you do something for your self care. The idea is to do something that you haven't been doing. It could be anything that helps reduce stress, improve your mental health, gets your exercising...generally helps you.

Examples...meal planning for the week, walk, yoga, meditation, stretching, read, core work, take a hot bath, journal.... you get the idea. You don't have to do the same thing for your 10 minutes each day. Just do something!

We’re just getting started!!

After decades of training in other fitness facilities, we decided to branch out and start our own gym. We remodeled our building with the help of friends and family. It was a labor of love, sweat, a little blood and some tears. It is our dream to continue to help our clients reach beyond what they feel is possible. Whether they are aiming to lose weight, train for a half marathon, recover from an injury, improve their quality of life, max out on their bench press or exercise throughout a pregnancy...we are here to design the program for you.
