My youngest is officially moving into the teen category soon so this is a birthday present with her favorite reads on it. Everyone seems to want to complain about teenagers but they are the most honest reflection of your own unresolved struggles. Here’s to teens reminding us of what still needs some healing and to local artists - use your $ wisely, buy handmade.

Here’s to new trails~ this one takes you on a bridge 125’ up! It’s incredible to be up so high. Lots is shifting in my life. In order to bring in more simplicity, I will be saying goodbye to my Charlottesville office. I’ve been working out of there since I was pregnant with my first- who now is learning to drive!!! I will still be offering in person healings at my Crozet studio as well as distance healings. Here’s to change ~ change is life. P.S. go check out this trail it’s really cool ♥️

Power outage forced me to go w**d my garden and check out these purple balloon flowers! They’re like wrapped presents before they bloom. Also, highly recommend a camping stove so there isn’t a coffee emergency 🆘
