A healthier and happier pregnancy & postpartum for Gabriella! 🤗
Here’s what she has to say!
“I began chiropractic care due to two falls I had around my 30th week of pregnancy, but I also heard about the other benefits prenatal chiropractic care can do for me and my baby. Not only that, but I knew it helped with anxiety, depression, and brain fog, which were other things I struggled with.” 😔
Her daughter was already under care at the time, and so Gabby decided to get scanned for herself. Gabriella’s scans showed that she had been stuck on the ‘gas pedal’ fight or flight response for a while, leaving her body much more drained, exhausted, and dysregulated. It takes a lot of energy and resources to grow a baby, so doing so with a nervous system that is stressed creates many challenges!

When life shifted and work moved home, everything changed for Jason. With food always nearby and movement at an all-time low, the weight started to creep up. Eventually, he hit a point where he just felt exhausted, stuck in a cycle of unhealthy habits.

He knew deep down he wasn’t showing up as his best self… And it was time to take that first step! 💪

Seeking help through a 12-step recovery program marked a big turning point for him, but he wasn’t going to stop. There was more he wanted to accomplish.

Jason said, “I would try to get extra rest and take extra naps during the day, but I never felt like I was fully rested. I also tried to control my neck pain by cracking my own neck. And that just stopped working lol. I have no idea what I’m doing. I’m not a professional. So I knew that there were a lot of problems with my central nervous system.” 🧠

What really inspired him to take action was his incredible son.

He says, “I had watched my son change through his chiropractic care. I saw the control that he had over his sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. I wanted to be able to experience some growth and change, and some recovery and healing, just like him! This is a child who was having behavior problems in school in first grade. Now, he is on the high honor roll for multiple trimesters in a row! There is no way he could have accomplished the things that he did without the help he received for his central nervous system via the chiropractic care he received. Life changing.”

As Jason dove into his own chiropractic healing journey, the wins started to compound! 🚀

He says, I’m finally recovering from the physical traumas of surgeries, and I am recovering from being overweight and pre-diabetic. I have currently lost 90 lbs on this journey!
