Community events like the Mount Zion First African Baptist Church Health Fair remind us why we do this work: to meet people where they are, offer resources, and share hope. 🌟

Our Board Member Edie, Clinical Services Director Shelly, and Sister Circle Yoga and Meditation Facilitator Juanika were inspired by the conversations and connections made last fall.

As we move into the new year, we’re continuing to grow our education and outreach efforts, bringing mental wellness tools into neighborhoods, schools, faith communities, and other community spaces.

This holiday season, we’re reminded that caring for our minds and hearts matters. In this interview from earlier this year with A Grateful Life's Jeanne McCusker, one of our supporting counselors, Jada Edwards, shares insights into mindfulness, connection, and why mental health is at the core of a fulfilling life.

Giving Tuesday invites us to honor the power of community, and the way connection, compassion, and shared care make healing possible.

Because of our supporters and volunteers, women and gender-expansive community members can access free counseling, supportive groups, and affirming spaces like our Bienestar, Mosaic, and Sister Circle programs. Every story of resilience this year has been shaped by your support.

If it feels right for you today, a gift of any size helps open the door to healing for someone seeking safety, support, and hope. Thank you for helping us build a community where healing can flourish.
