As the days grow shorter and colder, take a gentle pause for warmth, creativity, and connection. Join Elizabeth Cobb for an evening of arts and crafts designed to soothe the mind and nurture the spirit. ✨

No experience is needed! Just bring yourself and a willingness to unwind. All materials will be provided.

We’ll gather at The Women’s Initiative from 5:30–7pm on Thursday, December 4, for this creative space of rest and renewal.

Journey into fall 🧡🍁
This November, join us at the Botanical Garden of the Piedmont for The Sacred Return: a three-part journey into connection with the earth, each other, and self. Guided by Kara Castle, LCSW, and Sibila Quiroz, MSW, we’ll gather on Monday afternoons in a peaceful garden setting to explore what it means to belong through movement, ritual, and creativity.

No experience is needed, just bring your curiosity, comfortable clothing, and an open heart. Come as you are, the land is waiting to welcome you back.
