Nectar has also been called Ambrosia, a sweet drink that was presented to the Gods to keep them forever young. But what if this "Nectar of the gods" wasn't some big magical secret? What if you could feel forever young and find true bliss and happiness with not only your health but your overall life? What if eating a simple, clean diet and living the life you always wanted was your "Ambrosia"? I'm here to tell you that it is that simple and you have the power to obtain it.... I'm offering Health and Wellness coaching to help you feed your body the best way possible and to reach your life goals! Together we can find your Ambrosia... It's probably a lot closer and easier than you think! We will look at all the things that feed you, not just food but how you live your life as well, to ensure you're living to your highest potential! There are other methods we can utilize to help heal your life as well, such as a Japanese form of light touch energy medicine known as Reiki, which translate to "universal life energy". Reiki is not massage, hypnosis or a tool for diagnosing illness. Reiki is a technique that addresses both chronic and acute conditions, gently and powerfully promoting balance
