Your weekly chance to build strength, stability, and coordination—while avoiding sleepy-flamingo vibes. We’ll train your core, ankles, glutes, and that mysterious muscle that only kicks in when you almost fall (but play it off like you meant to).

From My Heart (and Funny Bone): Happy New Year 🎉💛
Ready-to-post: Happy New Year, friends! 🥂 Thank you for every wobbly balance, sweaty smile, and “wait…are we on the left or the right?” moment. You’ve taught me so much about resilience, joy, and showing up—even when our shirts are inside-out and our hair has its own agenda. I’m so grateful for you. 🤍

This year, I’m making space for good things by letting go of the extra baggage (literal and emotional). If you need a sign to start fresh, this is it—start messy, start late, start with coffee. We’re doing it together. ☕✨

New Year’s Eve Plans 🍾🤣
Ready-to-post: Okay, real talk: what are you doing on New Year’s Eve? I need inspo with low effort and high sparkle. I’m crowdsourcing chaos. ✨

My current “plans” include:

🛋️ Hard launching my couch (dress code sequins up top, slippers below)
🍕 Hosting a party for three: me, myself, and di—well, dip
🥂 Staying up till 12:01 purely out of spite
📺 Saying “just one more episode” until 11:58, then sprinting to the countdown like it’s cardio
🧹 Rage-cleaning 2024 crumbs so my future is… less crunchy
🐶 Serving as my dog’s fireworks support human (salary paid in snacks)
🎲 Board games + pretending 10 PM is midnight (we’ll stream the countdown from… somewhere)
🎆 Going “out-out” and Irish exiting from my own living room at 9:58
🧘 Cozy stretch, tea, and the kind of plank that’s mostly lying down
