Domeball League for 10U and 12U Players!

We’re excited to share this opportunity for our 10U and 12U players to continue developing their skills this winter.

Dome Ball will be held on Saturdays at the Braemar Dome in Edina, with evening doubleheaders each week. Prior to each set of games, teams will have a one-hour warm-up and practice.

The season runs from November through January, featuring 8 weeks of play. There will be no games on November 25th, December 23rd, or December 30th.

We wanted to share an important update regarding the Chaska High School Varsity and JV softball fields. Both fields are currently undergoing renovations and will be closed for the remainder of the year.

We kindly ask that everyone refrain from using these fields during this time to ensure the safety of our players and allow the renovation work to be completed properly.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as these improvements are made.

We’re excited to see the updates once the fields are ready for use again!

Evaluations Today!

A few important reminders:

• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled evaluation time to allow enough time for check-in.

• Bring all necessary softball equipment, including your bat, glove, helmet, face mask, cleats, and a water bottle.

• Dress appropriately for the weather to ensure you're comfortable and ready to play.

• Evaluations will be held at Chaska Community Park.

We are excited to share that this winter season, we have partnered with DBAT to offer development clinics for our players from November through February. These sessions are a great opportunity for players to continue developing their skills in the off-season.

Session Dates

November: 9th & 23rd | 6:00–7:30 PM

December: 7th & 21st | 6:00–7:30 PM

January: 4th, 11th & 25th | 6:00–7:00 PM

February: 1st, 15th & 22nd | 6:00–7:00 PM

Details

Cost: $100 per month (member discounts apply)

Pricing is per month, regardless of whether your player attends one session or all.

As we prepare for the “Battle for the Jug” football game between Chanhassen and Chaska this Friday, it’s more than a rivalry. The game unites our communities in a battle against cancer and reminds us of those we have lost and those who still fight today.

Together, Chaska and Chanhassen already raised $4,165 for the Randy Shaver Cancer Research Foundation through t-shirt, sweatshirt, and hat sales. On Friday night, our focus shifts to supporting one of our own - Madelyn Astry.

On Friday, we rally behind the Astry family after the heartbreaking news that their youngest daughter, Madelyn, has been diagnosed with leukemia. Her father, Brian, serves as a devoted Chaska firefighter.

Each year, players from both teams collect donations before and during the game. All money raised on Friday goes directly to Madelyn & the Astry family. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
