👟 Chatham Hall is hiring multiple Athletic Fellows to serve as coaches and perform other duties to enhance school life for the 2025-2026 school year! Ideal candidates have experience participating in or knowledge of high school or collegiate athletics, including one or more of the following: field hockey, lacrosse, tennis, soccer, or basketball. Experience with two or more sports is preferred.
🏆️ Chatham Hall is seeking an Interim Athletic Director for the 2025-2026 school year. The Interim Athletic Director oversees Chatham Hall's entire athletics program. Ideal candidates will have significant background in sports management and coaching, experience working with high school-age girls, and is a strong proponent of girls' participation in athletics.

Chatham Hall seeks part-time drivers to transport students and faculty in a school-owned minivan, 14-passenger bus, or 11-passenger Sprinter—no CDL required.

Chatham Hall seeks a Registrar and Academic Office Assistant. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a high school setting and with its constituents, possess excellent database entry, maintenance, and navigation skills, and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Google platform. Previous work with Blackbaud or other Student Information Systems preferred. Strong organizational and communications skills are a necessity, as is the ability to multitask. The ability to work with adolescent students is critical.
