Today is World Tuberculosis Day, marked in honor of Dr. Robert Koch, who made the initial announcement in 1882 of the discovery of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It is hard to plan any activities without our administrator knowing what is going on, but the department heads were able to do it. Each morning in the morning meeting, we did something different and out of norm to see her reaction, and needless to say, she enjoyed all of it! One day, we brought in something to drink out of besides a cup, pool float day, and one morning, everyone sat in a different seat.

On Thursday, we made her feel like a queen and presented her with gifts! There is not enough that we can say or do to show our appreciation to our administrator, Melissa Anderson. Melissa goes above and beyond for her staff and residents. The staff is grateful to have a fearless leader leading the way.
