If this feels familiar, your nervous system might be asking for a reset.
Feeling “tired but wired,” overwhelmed by small things, or unable to fully relax isn’t a personal failure, it’s often a sign your body has been in a heightened state for too long.
Before you scroll, try this with me:
Take a slow breath in through your nose…
Hold for a moment…
Then exhale slowly through your mouth, just a little longer than your inhale.
Again.
Inhale…
Pause…
Long exhale…
Let your shoulders drop.
Unclench your jaw.
You don’t have to fix everything right now.
Just give your body a moment to feel safe again. 💛
