Job Description
Responsible for coordinating all the intake process, entering clients referred to the company for equipment care, ensuring all client orders are processed in a timely manner, processing all paperwork to facilitate the billing and shipping process.

Job Requirements
Can handle high volume calls , is computer literate and must have good communication skills. Must type minimum 40WPM.

Responsible for data entry and working with all referral sources (ex. Dr offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, etc.)

Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers and staff at all times.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to get to and from office location in Chatsworth Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.

Must be vaccinated.

As a DME Service and Delivery Representative, your main priority is to deliver and setup equipment at Patient homes. A strong background in customer service is crucial; as well as understanding each piece of equipment, its functions, and uses. The Service and Delivery Technician will represent the company in a highly professional, safe, and respectful manner. 2nd priority is to return equipment into inventory - cleaning, maintaining, repairing as needed. This description is not intended to show the full scope of responsibilities you may have. Closed cargo van or truck is REQUIRED.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the general delivery, setup, and maintenance of durable medical equipment, supplies, and other materials to the patients and customers of the location.
Ability to communicate independently and verbally with personable and effective speaking skills – excellent communications skills.
Be fully aware of safety procedures in delivery and setup of durable medical equipment.
Responsible for the training/education of patients and/or caregivers on the safe and proper use of durable medical equipment purchased or rented. This function is to be carried out under the supervision of, and at the discretion of, the appropriate clinical and/or managerial personnel.
Responsible for the accurate completion of all forms and documents, including rental agreements, invoices, forms, and documents required by the policies and procedures.
Maintains a courteous, professional attitude toward all contacts, including patients, caregivers, customers, and staff. Maintains a good appearance, attired according to the standards of the operating unit.
Assists in the assessment of the home environment of patients receiving durable medical equipment and/or services to ensure patient safety. Is responsible for notifying the appropriate staff members of any discrepancies in this area.
