Happy Spring Break, Murray County!
Yoga class on Tuesday afternoon at North Murray High School is cancelled since school is closed for spring break!
We will be back at it Tuesday, April 8 at 4pm in the media center.

Chair Yoga at Chatsworth-Murray County Library starts back this week! Join us Wednesdays at 10:30am for this FREE class!
I am so delighted to share chair yoga with the community once again. Chair yoga is such an accessible, yet effective, way to move and stretch your body. It helps to build strength, increase flexibility, enhance mobility, and improve balance..... all without having to get up and down on the floor!

Hope to see you today at Blissful Balance Yoga at NMHS in the media center! Today 4-5pm
Where is the media center and where do you park?
Go around the school to the area where buses pick up and drop off students. This is where 2 large entrances are located with covered walkways, across from student parking. You can park at the curb. Go to the right hand walkway, about halfway down you will see a glass door on the right. That's where we will be!
